Where it started
On the factory floor in Foshan
Elieben began where most suppliers begin — building pet products for other people's catalogs. Harnesses, slicker brushes, chew toys, litter and grooming tools. Good work, ordered by someone else's plan.
The uncomfortable part
Manufacturing was rarely what went wrong
Working with overseas sellers, we kept watching the same failure repeat. They lost money on products nobody wanted, on inventory ordered too deep, on duties and customs nobody warned them about. Our parts were fine. The decisions around them were not.
